I’ve been enhancing people’s lives and relationships by teaching them how to become less reactive in their marriages and with their children, more in control of their words at work, and confident navigating difficult interactions with ease for years. In that time, my company has taught over 50,000 people to start speaking to themselves, others, and the world in a more kind, honest, and helpful way.
I’ve become known for providing practical, actionable methods that open students up to the subconscious, negative habits they've been harboring, and develop new perspectives that invite openness and honest expression. I enable my students to reframe the way they understand the idea of communication, allowing them to find their voice and harness their power to connect with people.
My methods stem from Buddhist teachings and my books (How to Communicate Like a Buddhist, Talk to Yourself Like a Buddhist, and How to Meditate Like a Buddhist) are written on the idea of distilling wisdom and repurposing it for the development and liberation of all.
